Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Amped-up Enterprise, you will play a vital role in managing teams within our marketing firm. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, tracking sales goals, planning meetings, events, and trade shows, as well as representing our company through public speaking engagements. Additionally, you will be involved in customer service, customer acquisition, and retention activities. You will be expected to collect, organize, and analyze sales data, and provide valuable insights and recommendations for marketing and management strategies. Territory and inventory management will also be part of your responsibilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams within the marketing firm to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Delegate tasks to team members and track sales goals to ensure targets are met.

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and trade shows, both internally and externally.

  • Deliver public speeches at events to promote our brand and engage with potential clients.

  • Perform customer service activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

  • Advise on marketing and management strategies to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

  • Manage territories and inventory to ensure proper allocation and availability of resources.
     

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

  • Marketing experience and management experience are also advantageous.

  • Possess critical thinking skills to solve problems and make informed decisions.

  • Exhibit low maintenance and collaborative skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

  • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
